Images where all is a blur, where there are no sharply rendered elements from which the eye can explore the image, tend to be images you move away from rather quickly. But try to give an image like this a little more time. It might fuel your imagination in a way you did not anticipate. (I guess I could have used a title which would give you a hint about what it is, but I'll leave that to your imagination.)

Straw Arch
Five Fruits by one of them
Just a bit of fun with half a clementine and a LED head lamp.
Frosted Snow
Fern Frost
The patterns frost can form on glass surfaces are amazing, like this frost fern. The contrast in the original shot is low, so I have worked with contrast and light to emphasise the fern pattern.

Ice Patterns
Amazing what kind of patterns frost sometimes forms when you have the right conditions. This is from the rear window of a car. The image is taken just after sunset on a clear day and I have set the white balance to daylight, and the result is this blue colour.
Impala
In the Woods
This time of year we normally have frost and cold weather, but it has been cloudy and quite mild for some time now. Out scouting for a good spot for getting a few nice shots of ice when the weather turns, I came across this scene. Not much of a winter wonder land yet.
