At last, snow perched on the ground. Freezing temperatures and winter mood. Not something we have had too much of this winter. December and January have been quite mild and we have had little or no snow in the part of Norway I live. I hope this last for a few weeks.

A lot has been said and written about camera gear and what is or isn't the gear you should invest in at any given time. But in the end the best camera you have is the one you have at hand when you need it. This image may not have the quality required for a 3 by 3 meter print or the pages of a glossy fashion magazines, but it still captures the mood of the scene and the day as I saw it.
