It was quite a surprise to wake up to see a few centimeters of snow perched on the ground again, which is unusual for southern part of Norway in late April. This image from Skagsanden in Lofoten, taken just before sunset, is a 10 minute exposure. In 10 minutes time the suns position changes more than you would think, and the idea was to blur the shadow on the lower left hand side of the mountain.

Skagsanden, Flakstad in the Lofoten Islands, has become quite popular with workshop groups going to the Lofoten Islands to take pictures. The view from the beach towards Hustinden is a popular view to photograph, and it has become a bit of a challenge to find a "new take" on this view.
